HEALTH & SAFETY MEASURES

We are committed to keeping our staff and patrons safe and we’re following all Pima County regulations. We screen our staff daily upon arrival in accordance with Pima County & city protocols.

THE TITO TO-GO EXPERIENCE

• We have introduced curbside pickup when possible, so guests do not have to come into the restaurant.

• We have both contactless payment and contactless pickup available for all guests.

• Hand sanitizer is available for guests and staff at the point of pick-up.

TITO & PEP IN-RESTAURANT DINING 

We have trained our staff with all recommendations for health and safety to ensure that they are well-versed in and adherent to the best practices.

Social Distance dining: we are following the Pima county restaurant guidelines for operating safely including increased table spacing, limited indoor seating capacity & reservations required.

Face masks are requested whenever possible.

SANITATION & CLEANLINESS

• All of our front and back of house staff wear masks, and they are required to sanitize and/or wash their hands each time they change gloves.

• Hand sanitizer is available for guests and staff.

• All high-volume points of contact are sanitized regularly: door handles, faucets, etc.

• Our staff will sanitize their hands as often as possible - and every time after handling a credit card or cash.

• We have a detailed end-of-the-night sanitization and cleaning checklist.

• The restrooms will be cleaned regularly.

• We added more frequent sanitization of every touch screen & telephone

• All tables and chairs are thoroughly sanitized between parties.
